Candidates for this position should possess experience within the healthcare staffing industry. Special consideration is given to those candidates with a proven track record in recruiting Nurse Practitioners, Physicians Assistants, Pharmacists, CRNA’s and Medical Imaging.
Client Relations Representatives meet with prospective clients on the various nuances of the search process and introduce Providence to these clients. Our Client Relations Representatives remain closely involved throughout the search process and interface with the physician and allied recruiter on each search. Candidates for this position must have 3-5 years of corporate sales experience and the ability to interact with C-level executives of healthcare organizations. The ability to travel is imperative in this position.
A very important role within Providence is the Candidate Research Specialist. These individuals play an integral role in the search process by sourcing and screening physician and allied candidates for our clients. Providence has an outstanding training program for Candidate Research Specialists. This position has a flexible work schedule including home based, virtual office options. Candidates should possess excellent phone skills, communication skills and the confidence to interact with physicians and other healthcare providers.
